Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability confirmation. Because we source directly from farms, stock levels can change quickly. We will contact you if an item in your order becomes unavailable after you place it.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are valid for the period shown on each product page. Folbari reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh via all major courier services. Orders confirmed before 9 PM (Bangladesh time) are dispatched to the courier the same night; delivery typically arrives by the following morning anywhere in the country. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and order volume. A delivery fee of ৳80 applies to orders below ৳1,000; orders at or above ৳1,000 qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund the product price. Please note that delivery charges and packaging fees are non-refundable.
